When should my child visit an orthodontist?

It is recommended for your child to visit an orthodontist around the age of 7. During this time, a Specialist Orthodontist will be able to catch potential orthodontic issues early and intercept them at the opportune time.

While your child may not need treatment right away, we can monitor the growth of their smile and intervene when it will benefit them most. Early treatment can reduce the length of treatment in your child’s teenage years – and may negate the need for extra treatment altogether!
